What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
I can export views to PDF or an image when needed and can simply embed visualizations inside presentations. This has made me monitor usage metrics to see which dashboards are most visited and take data-driven decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I combine data from different sources effortlessly, and therefore, our decision-making has become more data driven. It has enabled me to view trends year-over-year with comparative charts.

Doing some visual customizations requires CSS or more advanced changes. Also, the interface updates sometimes change menu locations, which disrupts normal behavior.
