What is your favorite aspect of this product?

during a database performance issue, SL1 identified the root cause as a failing disk in the storage array. This automated insight reduced downtime and allowed us to focus on resolving the issue instead of hunting for clues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the platform can generate an overwhelming amount of alerts if not properly calibrated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dedicate resources to fine-tune its configurations and ensure it integrates seamlessly with your existing tools
