The implementation process was stressful as there were things that did not carry over and I had no idea.

Make sure what they copy over into their software is everything you need to be copied over.

Their Customer service, when you call they answer and 90%of the time they are helpful, kind and understanding. This is a hight rating now in days.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll processing is easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The constant changes and the amount of research you have to do to find answers. You get a 3 page document to get something simple done rather than a quick guided approach.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a good option and they custom service is great you speak with local people. There is never a problem with the communication and the wait to speak to someone is usually only a few minutes.
