What differentiates Avora from other similar products?
I love the sense of Self-serve inside Avora. When setting up our info connection, we may get the information modelled the way we would like it and simply out there to make our own metrics from it. What do you dislike most about this product?
The Campaign Manager connector are often unstable as based on DCM reports API that are generally failing. Identifying what information is inaccurate with so many connectors can forever be a risk. Having open communication and a reliable ticketing system with Avora facilitates us to understand and resolve problems in an exceedingly timely manner.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are exploiting Avora to resolve issues with multiple information sources, automating the ingest and validation so we can be informed automatically of problems with the feeds. We also are using it for intensive dashboarding throughout the company. We recommend it.
