it is easy to use and navigate. It has a simple layout so it's not like it's easy to get confused as to what features do what.

Some updates take a long time and pop up at the last minute.

What differentiates Zoom Spaces from other similar products?
Zoom is not just for video meetings. They also have a cloud phone system called zoom phone. This is different. It can replace your old office phone system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that my desk phone and my video meetings are all in one app. I can make and receive phone calls from my computer or my mobile phone using the zoom app. It is very convenient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom phone is an extra cost. It is not included in the standard meeting license.

If you are looking for a modern phone system, you should check out zoom phone.
