What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?

The ease of use for non-technical users like myself, is an aspect which I think clearly differentiates Twilio from other alternative cloud communication tools we have used in the past for sms delivery purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how quickly sms content and notifications are delivered to targeted recipients. The last time we did a measurement of delivery time, it took less than a minute for Twilio to deliver sms messages and I think that was more than ideal enough for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think there is a need for Twilio to provide more analytics about our sms messages, especially regarding how target recipients engage with them. My little technical knowledge tells me this may be a big ask though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I use Twilio primarily for sms marketing purposes and I will recommend other teams to use Twilio for the same purpose as well. I cannot speak much about the software engineering uses of Twilio as I am not a software engineer.

What differentiates Twilio Customer Engagement Platform from other similar products?

Twilio Flex has a customer desk that is confident and ready to provide necessary help. Besides, Twilio Flex has APIs inclusion or integration, very efficient in system coordination. The software is trustworthy and reliable in its performance, any time the user intends to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Twilio Flex has audio recording option, which works as a point of reference, or can be shared among the members. Also, Twilio Flex allows group communications, where brainstorming and idea generations is done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Twilio Flex lacks the session controlling procedures, which balances between time and the people's interests. The lack of the feature sometimes delays on some activities, as people fails to honor time as a factor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An efficient communications means boosts the morale and the work confidence of the employees. Besides, partners and even clients want to hear or share from the management. Twilio Flex is a credible, valid, and certified application.
