What differentiates Tanzu Greenplum from other similar products?

We use VMware Tanzu data services in a variety of ways, especially whenever we need to perform analytics on massive volumes of data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

enables querying of datasets at petabyte scales, Advanced machine learning support using Apache MADlib, Perfect support for AWS S3,

What do you dislike most about this product?

Synchronization with Kafka may be a bit easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommended for companies dealing with large volumes of data, it will work perfectly well if you need to run machine learning, deep learning, or statistical methods on large structured data workloads

What differentiates Tanzu Greenplum from other similar products?

VMWare Tanzu Greenplum is open source software managing big data analysis having featured of Massively Parallel Processing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

VMWare Tanzu Greenplum supports on-premises, public or hybrid cloud database. It has been updating itself to meet user expectations. Massive Parallel Processing database server enables next generation data warehousing and big data analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Storing of data on public cloud may not be more secured. It is not popular as other products e.g. Oracle therefore it is difficult to find an experienced person; similarly community is not big to support; online help is also insufficient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If they could allow more analytics and filters. They need to improve documentation so that a user can get sufficient online help.
