What differentiates signNow from other similar products?
SignNow has a very customizable form and sign-off flow, which is easy to change and update frequently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The time savings it gives us by automating the workflow of getting things signed off and approved by multiple levels of management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That my signature isn't stored across all devices I may need to sign on
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For us it worked better than DocuSign and a few other options we tested. Think of all the use cases you'd need it for and test out the features first before buying any e-signature product. They all have good features but for us SignNow worked the best.

Ease of use of sending out a link to sign
What do you dislike most about this product?
When using the "send link to sign" feature, once someone signs the form it is saved as "guestuser1234." It would be much more helpful if the file was saved as the person's name who signed it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Download and save the files with your own naming system.

What differentiates signNow from other similar products?
At the time I was looking for e-sign apps, signNow offered the greatest connectivity at the lowest cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
signNow has a clean look and end users can easily access the documents they need to sign regardless of their OS.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Accessing the admin page was consistently problematic. I had to bookmark a special link to get in because I could not navigate their from the menu.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a try! If you want to try different tiers, I would guess that their support team will trial any level for you. Reach out, they will reply.
