What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?
Sales cloud provides a level of flexibility and customisation which no other products can match. This also dictates the price as a market leading product, often fighting against industry specific CRMs, but once you look further down the business roadmap to integrations and other departments it is a no brainer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The reporting functionality is best in class, whilst you can purchase tableau to beef up the reporting the out the box functionality provides more than enough intelligence to provide all teams and management with the reports they need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fact that lots of features are hidden behind additional license costs or new product spheres.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider reaching out to a consultancy to implement as it is fairly vanilla out of the box and will not be customised to your business' needs.

Although it is a very old school tool, it always creates wonders for your relations with consumers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
While working with B2B clients, seeing all the information regarding them in one place is great feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, the tool is getting itself sometimes too much time to load and function.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd definitely recommend users to get more and more trainings regarding Salesforce because it's a huge tool to learn.
