What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?

We customize the sales force for our company's clients and provide technical support. We have it as our main product, for commercial and managerial representatives. We try to be agile and successful in the process, since we use it minute by minute.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Sales Cloud I can have a customization, having great accessibility between devices. Because it integrates easily with Outreach for sales, with automated direct mail, the entire recruiting process for marketing becomes excellent for sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With this software we have done very well in all this time, its characteristics show good results, the integrations allow us to work successfully. There are no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ideal for medium and large organizations that want to do their business with marketing campaigns and manage potential clients by automating different business processes. Quick sales are made.
