What differentiates Salesforce Data 360 from other similar products?
A unique feature is intelligent context. Data 360 ingests and vectorizes unstructured data like PDF contracts, call transcripts, and chat logs. It powers data actions that prioritize the time-based web behavior. It also provides grounding for the agent force, ensuring agents are using fresh data rather than outdated data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have a great deal of respect for the Data Actions engine. If a churn risk score crosses a certain threshold in the afternoon, Data 360 does not just put it in a report, but it can instantly trigger a high-priority task for a success manager or pause an automated upsell email that might feel insensitive. This level of automated empathy is what separates a leading brand from a robotic one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When a record fails to unify, or a segment does not publish, the system can feel like a black box. The granular error logs are still not as detailed as they should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I endorse using the Error Console and Unified Logic Testing. These features allow to monitor non fatal background errors and simulating complex data flows before going live.
Pros
