What differentiates Rippling IT from other similar products?
Rippling IT stands out from other similar products because of its seamless integration between HR and IT functions in a single platform. Unlike many tools that handle only one area, Rippling allows you to manage employee onboarding, app provisioning, device tracking, and access control all from one place. Its automation capabilities reduce manual work, and the interface is clean and easy to use. This tight integration helps IT and HR teams collaborate better, speeds up processes, and ensures consistency across the organization—something that’s often lacking in other standalone systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Rippling is its automated onboarding and app provisioning. With just a few clicks, new employees get access to all the tools they need, and devices can be assigned or managed easily. It saves a lot of time, reduces errors, and creates a smooth, professional experience for new hires.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Rippling is that some advanced features can be a bit hidden or require extra steps to access, which might be confusing for new users. Also, certain customizations are limited unless you have higher-tier plans, which can be restrictive for growing teams with evolving needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're considering Rippling, my recommendation is to take full advantage of its automation and integrations from the start. Spend time setting up workflows properly—it will save a lot of effort later. Also, involve both HR and IT teams early in the setup to align processes smoothly. Lastly, make sure to explore all available modules to get the most value out of the platform as your organization grows.
