What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
Paylocity does not keep me on hold as long as ADP used to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I usually can speak to a human being within 5 minutes, Paylocity does not try to jam H/R and 401(k) products down my throat like other payroll services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I hate dealing with new access codes for new states, but understand why I need to deal with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good product for multiple states. I have nothing to do with any of the H/R products or 401(k) products.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?
It offers better management and real-time control of each of the data, scheduling, time tracking and the workforce. The real-time operation of this section is what allows it to stand out from the competition, as it offers real results of the completed work hours of each employee, individual employee performance and this helps us measure the work effort, while other similar platforms take time to process this type of data and generate workforce analytics.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paylocity generates real and exact calculations in any payroll processing, where it is able to make exact deductions from payments, calculate taxes automatically. The platform allows you to perfectly manage the performance and fulfillment of objectives in each employee, which allows you to manage the talent of each one and know if they are processing in their work area. Paylocity allows you to manage work times for each employee, manage entry and exit times, manage overtime and incorporate a data collection system in real time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app has very limited functions, in this app you cannot add new schedules, exchange entry times between employees, add overtime to a specific employee and there are many more functions that are not available since currently this mobile app only allows monitoring employee behavior in real time and generating a new payroll.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that you enable the automatic work time collection system, since this will help you to have an exact record of the time that one of the employees entered and the time that he/she left in his/her work office, this helps a lot to calculate the hours to be paid weekly for each employee.
