What differentiates Ceipal from other similar products?

It offers end to end features to identify and hire talent

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Talent pipeline management and integration with Naukri helps import candidate details easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training could improve. Also, for candidates from any source except naukri is a pain to upload and sometimes it feels managing things in Excel is a lot easier and consume less time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check if Ciepal is aligned with your recruitment process and also get good amount of training if you are considering a purchase
