What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
After being in staffing/recruiting for 6.5 years, I have used NUMEROUS applicant tracking systems, and none of them compare to Bullhorn. My company did away with Bullhorn to implement an internally created system and everyone was begging for Bullhorn to come back. It is easy to use and the search bar makes it easy to find anything you could be looking for!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hard to pick just one, but I do really love the search bar! Other applicant tracking systems have a search bar, but it pulls up things you are not trying to search for. In Bullhorn you can search by name, email, phone number, job number, etc. and it always comes up! Was super helpful when someone was calling in and you could type in their number quickly to see who was calling prior to answering. Saves a lot of time!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Would be nice if Bullhorn linked to gmail calendars and could schedule interviews for you.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You will not find a better ATS!

What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
Bullhorn ATS has incredible recruiting tools, which screens from candidates effectively. Furthermore, Bullhorn ATS conducts prior scanning, where the history of prospective employees is identified. The self service portal is also available in Bullhorn ATS.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn ATS takes recruitment process seriously, with adequate tools and resources. Also, Bullhorn ATS takes diverse opportunities from candidates where knowledge and experience is attained globally. Lastly, Bullhorn ATS has kind policies and terms, suitable for subscribers
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bullhorn ATS is efficiently designed, with immense and flexible recruitment features. The performance and suitability of the program is maintained and guaranteed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The efficiency of companies productivity is enhanced by securing competent employees. Bullhorn ATS is a tool to screen and select the right candidates, where the right and skilled personnel secure the job.
