What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
Bullhorn integrates the entire organization with solutions that coordinate the efforts of every division, employee, and job function in order to foster profitability, growth, and a smooth applicant and customer experience. It keeps track of every email exchanges, so if you fail to make a note, it will be saved for you and also be available to you later. It benefits the staffing business in every way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It does a terrific job of combining client and workforce management and using outside-the-organization hiring techniques. In order to assess the productivity of our recruiters, we can also extract data about their daily actions, including leads, dials, voice mail messages, connects, and even the status of the candidates they contacted.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've occasionally run into problems with Sense sending texts to staff members after I've finished their work. Additionally, for the employees I work with, Pridestaff's broadcast messages occasionally arrive at the wrong time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a staffing company, we often use Bullhorn ATS & CRM to record all interactions with clients, candidates, and potential clients. When it comes to hiring, it's quite beneficial since it helps us go through resumes and maintain track of the people who are already in the system. In place systems that are meticulous allow you to keep track of every data you need.

Bullhorn don't make things simple like Ceipal and Jobdiva
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn User interface and its work great with chrome and Mozilla
What do you dislike most about this product?
its very complicated and not easy to learn for everyone makes things in extra 10 step which can be reduced

ATS should work on making things easier and make recruitment simple

What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
Bullhorn offers a premium ATS software solution for medium-large sized organizations. It is a one stop shop for your organization to track applicants, job postings, existing/prospective clients, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn ATS & CRM offers a customizable & comprehensive solution for any recruiting workflow. It is a flexible software that allows any organization to build a workflow for a variety of projects from the ground up. It keeps my organization organized with an eye towards the day ahead.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Bullhorn's dashboards are great but could be improved. While they are customizable, customization is not always intuitive for all aspects. When these instances arise, I would recommend contacting a Bullhorn consultant. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Additionally, the reporting tools offered by Bullhorn could also be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If a representative of Bullhorn ATS & CRM offers a training opportunity, whether in-person or Zoom, take them up on it. This is a very complex and powerful software tool. It is hard to get the full benefit without really diving in head first. Be patient with it and your organization will benefit in the end in the search for talent.
