What differentiates Bullhorn ATS & CRM from other similar products?
The entirety of Bullhorn is beneficial. It is straightforward to use, has a user-friendly layout, and simplifies organizing to the point that there is very little opportunity for error. We also enjoy how many more capabilities and features it has than the other ATSs I've used. Overall: the support staff is excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bullhorn is a useful platform that is really simple to utilize and explore. The whole Bullhorn ATS and CRM experience is excellent. It keeps track of every email exchange, so if I forget to record something, it will be kept for us. It is easier to keep track of all of the important paperwork in one location rather than searching for contracts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have found that utilizing Bullhorn ATS has a number of problems, one of which is the scarcity of sufficient customer support and assistance. Also, support materials, such as manuals and tutorials, weren't always simple to comprehend. The work rate is really slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Candidates and information are simple to access; users have it all in one spot and can find a person's information quickly and effortlessly. A recruiting team will benefit from tools like analytics, which track consultants' activity. I wholeheartedly urge users to utilize Bullhorn.

The useful tools available for the end-user, including the auto dialer and VM drops. It also integrates well into our other SAAS applications.

It allows recruiters to efficiently organize and contact talent throughout the organization. It has tools that enable them to seek talent efficiently and effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface can be a little disorganized and some features aren't very clear on their usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try out Bullhorn before you buy and see if it's a good solution for your company. It has a lot of very useful tools available and can enable very efficient work. Check for integrations into your other SAAS applications as well to see if it can boost productivity in other parts of your company.
