It's a robust, reliable platform with a long history in the market, which builds a lot of trust, especially for sensitive topics like pay and benefits. Its ability to handle payroll and regulatory complexities is its biggest strength.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You get everything in one place: payroll, HR, benefits, time management, and talent. For me, the integration is key, the fact that everything is used without having to use multiple systems makes work a lot more efficient, especially for managing payroll and . Its reporting capabilities are also very robust, which lets me pull detailed insights whenever I need them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Is the steep learning curve. The interface can feel a bit dated and isn't as intuitive as other more modern tools. At first, finding some specific functions can be a challenge, and I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of options. Also, customer support can be inconsistent, with long wait times, which is frustrating when you have an urgent question.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would be to be prepared for the implementation phase and the initial learning curve. It's not a tool you'll master in a week. The platform’s self-service options for employees are also a huge plus, as they can access their pay stubs, update personal information, and manage direct deposits independently, saving time for both employees and the payroll team. Overall, ADP Workforce Now enhances accuracy and efficiency, making payroll management much smoother.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest drawback of ADP Workforce Now is its occasional lack of flexibility and customization.
