What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Its main differentiator is its complete integration and scalability. While other tools might be great in one area (e.g., just payroll or just HR), ADP Workforce Now is a true "all-in-one" designed for medium to large businesses. It's a robust, reliable platform with a long history in the market, which builds a lot of trust, especially for sensitive topics like pay and benefits. Its ability to handle payroll and regulatory complexities is its biggest strength.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You get everything in one place: payroll, HR, benefits, time management, and talent. For me, the integration is key, the fact that everything is used without having to use multiple systems makes work a lot more efficient, especially for managing payroll and . Its reporting capabilities are also very robust, which lets me pull detailed insights whenever I need them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Is the steep learning curve. The interface can feel a bit dated and isn't as intuitive as other more modern tools. At first, finding some specific functions can be a challenge, and I sometimes feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of options. Also, customer support can be inconsistent, with long wait times, which is frustrating when you have an urgent question.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would be to be prepared for the implementation phase and the initial learning curve. It's not a tool you'll master in a week. It's a worthwhile time investment, but only if your organization needs all the functionality it offers. If you only need something basic for payroll, it might be overkill. However, if you're looking for a comprehensive solution that can grow with your company and gives you the peace of mind of having all your workforce data in one place, ADP Workforce Now is an excellent choice.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
At this point in my HR career I've used around 6 different HRIS products. They all have their pros and cons. What I've found with ADP Workforce Now is that it-has proven to be the most intuitive, immediately user-friendly out of the whole bunch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I absolutely love the reporting features. Never have I worked with a product where it has been so easy to create a report on-the-fly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At this point, truly nothing that I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Simply perform your due diligence to ensure it has the features YOU need -- otherwise, it's a "highly recommend" from me.
