What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom Phone is one of the best public switch network software that enables inbound and outbound calling with the help of a public switched telephone network. It is the best platform to conduct business and educational meetings. Even in the free version, the call quality of this app is excellent without any buffering.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom Phone sometimes lags on the system and it consumes huge battery power. So, it is not portable and your connection can disrupt the locomotion. Additionally, at times, the features are hard to understand for most of the users.

This platform ensures clear audio calls due to this many users nowadays use Zoom Phone. The quality of video conferencing is better than other platforms. The call recording feature provides ease to the users. The invitation feature and the easy switching between audio and video calls is very simple and it attracts the users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a user-friendly application. The interface is simple and easy to learn and understand. The connectivity is excellent and it is quiet helpful for the users. People on different jobs use this application for different purposes. People rely on it for their works and meetings as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform does not offer a free trial as it does not encourage the user to become familiar with the application. The multitasking could be difficult at zoom phone. It gets stuck at times while doing more than one tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform allows users to share screen to anyone of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint when needed. This is a great feature because during the phone call or video call other platforms do not allow this feature.
