What differentiates Zoho from other similar products?
Zoho Cliq stands out because it works really well with other Zoho apps, so if your team already uses Zoho, everything connects smoothly. It also lets you automate tasks and set up custom bots right inside your chats. Compared to other tools, it’s more affordable and still covers the basics you need for team communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Zoho Cliq is how simple and intuitive it is to use, while still offering features that actually help teams work better together. The ability to create channels, jump on quick video calls, and automate small tasks with bots makes daily communication smooth. It’s especially helpful if you're already using other Zoho apps, since everything connects seamlessly and keeps you from jumping between platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most about Zoho Cliq is that some features feel a bit limited compared to other tools. For example, the lack of threaded replies in busy group chats can make it hard to follow conversations. Also, while it integrates well with Zoho apps, integration with popular third-party tools like Notion or Trello is still missing or not as smooth.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're already using other Zoho apps, Zoho Cliq is a solid choice because of how well everything connects. It's great for teams looking for a simple, affordable way to stay in touch and stay organized. Just keep in mind that while it covers the basics really well, it might not have all the advanced features of tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams, especially when it comes to integrations and threaded conversations.
