What differentiates Trello from other similar products?
Trello is like a vision board but for work-related business. It allows our organization to manage tasks and projects across all teams in our department. I like how no two Trello boards are the same. Each team has different needs and Trello through its customizable features understands that. Trello has a completely usable free version that nonprofits can use on their own and a premium version for jobs in other industries.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that I am more productive using Trello for project and task management compared to any previous software or platform. In Trello, everybody knows exactly what they should be doing. Nothing gets left behind, falls in the cracks, and no balls are dropped so to speak. I also like that the platform can integrate with a variety of different work apps, increasing the company's productivity even further.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you ping someone on the platform, they unfortunately do not receive notifications on the mobile version of Trello -- which is really disappointing. The mobile app also doesn't have all of the quality of life enhancements, breath of features, and other work tools that the regular desktop version of Trello has.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend trying out Trello's free trial before buying an upgraded version of the software. Implement a few of the boards across your teams and see if the platform fits your organizational-wide needs.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features
