Trello's simplicity is a major strength that I love.

In managing tasks, what I dislike about Trello is the lack of structure for handling complex workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Define Your Use Case Clearly Trello excels with visual, flexible boards, great for small teams, simple workflows, or lightweight task tracking. If you have very complex projects, many dependencies, resource allocation, detailed reporting, check if Trello Power-Ups can meet those needs..

It is a Atlassian product, so stability and new features are not an issue. Layout is good, and helps in keeping the focus. Overall great product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to tag colleagues, and assign tasks. Sometimes you might feel it as more like JIRA

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such , it has all the major features required

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to limit yourself on Atlassian products and looking for interoperablity and stability, then go for it. Its one of my frequently used apps

trello’s boards map multi-month projects better than airtable, with visual timelines that keep goals in sight. it’s my roadmap for big dreams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The milestones card marks key wins, like “beta launch,” for focus. i can archive old lists to keep long-term boards clean. the butler automation schedules recurring tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting tools are basic, needing premium for deeper insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For long-term projects, trello’s boards guide steady progress.
