TeamViewer Meeting is used in our company in general for both internal and external meetings, with a wide range of functions all our employees can perform their meetings of all kinds in the company and even conversations with our customers to discuss sales, pricing, among others. TeamViewer is vital in our company for all these types of operations that sometimes require more than one software, however, with TeamViewer we have everything in the same place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Excellent video quality in calls, very clear sound and fluidity which allows an excellent experience, this is also linked to the internet connection, but in general it works very well. Extremely intuitive interface which makes it very easy to use within the company for all our employees. It is ideal for communicating with clients and associates in other countries, keeping them up to date with operations and offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being a relatively new software, many of our customers are still not familiar with it and prefer to use other means of communication, but over time it will gain momentum in the market. To get all the functions that are very useful you have to pay, but it is worth it. The interface, despite being very fluid and simple, we believe that it should have a renovation in order to look much more modern than it does today. Sometimes the tool works when trying to hang up a call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TeamViewer Meeting is a powerful, economical and very useful tool for all those companies looking for an alternative for the communication of their employees and sales executives, with a great interface and a fairly simple general usability, it does not take much to start using it and discover what it can bring, like any tool can improve, but it is on the right track to be power in business video communication.

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?

Teamviewer is used in our company to keep our customers and associates connected through sales meetings, thus increasing the impact of the interpersonal relationship between them in order to meet their needs and clarify each of their doubts. Skype offers multiple options for transmitting information and files, as well as the ability to share screens, which makes the way in which our employees communicate and transmit much more useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an extremely easy to install tool, allows to transfer files of all kinds, thus achieving a better internal feedback between our employees, to give greater rigor when making decisions and resolve activities together, from any department we can communicate. The quality of the audiovisual service is quite good and it hardly gets stuck or presents any di-late, which keeps us very happy with the service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is impossible to communicate with a user who is disconnected at the moment, and it does not provide a notification if it is the case, the chat histories disappear without leaving a record of what was spoken or exposed in the meetings. The data security does not convince us enough. You need a very good internet connection to be able to make proper use of the tool otherwise it will present slowness and bad audio situations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very good video communication tool, besides not being so expensive for the service it offers, being able to transfer files during the meeting is extremely useful to evaluate each project, request or service. If you need to have remote communication from another place it is the perfect tool, however, there are much better options on the market and at more beneficial costs for companies, but it will always be a great option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is the most affordable screen sharing and video conferencing software. It has great capabilities that makes communications easier. It provides a variety of multiple conferencing solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires superfast internet to use convenient. However, it is a reliable video conferencing software to use.
