Teamviewer makes it easy to use this technology across a variety of devices by providing a streamlined interface and compatibility for a number of different platforms. Its straightforward configuration process and clear instructions have earned high marks from both IT pros and regular people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
TeamViewer's price structure and overall performance lag behind the competition, which is a major drawback for some customers. In addition, it has compatibility issues with some internet setups and OSes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
TeamViewer is my favorite remote-sharing app since it works with every OS out there, it's lightning fast, and it has excellent security features.
