Is a good product but need more details, my implementation was very difficult but this software work

Need to pay for everything

You need to be specific with you implementation because they said that everything can be implemented but isn't that true. You need to pay or use another app to work with success factors.

Employee Record Includes workforce and employee data such as contact information, address, phone, employee identifiers, employment history, hire and release dates, etc.

Reporting and Analytics The solution provides the ability to create metrics-driven dashboards and reports showing unique visitors, click-through, conversions, payments etc.

Performance Management Includes all aspects of performance appraisals and review design: rollout, conducting, tracking, measurement, and goal attainment.
