SAP provides straightforward integrations within the software. It has everything that an organization needs to incorportae for their business success. lobal HR coverage and compliance
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The onboarding feature is the most interesting. Helps in creating piplelines. Learning Modules help in creating smart tech for new joiners.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This is a little compex for the new users to understand and gets hands-on without any supervision. Cost is a little high for a small organisation. They have a terrible launch of SF time tracking
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Best to define KPiS for the each and every individual. Include HR, IT, Consulatant in a single platform

My favorite aspect is its ability to centralize the entire recruitment process through sourcing candidates to onboarding in a single platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike some of its modules are bit complex for recruiters and requires extra training which can slow down adoption,

Anyone considering SAP SuccessFactors HCM, I’d recommend taking a phased approach to implementation and ensuring proper training for recruiters and hiring managers.
