Bult for corporates and requires extensive HR training for junior admins

Is more cumbersome than most other HRIS and implementation can have issues

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

SAP is a complete LMS with different modules (learning, talent management, development ...) A lot of report exists and you can create and customize you own reports SAP is a reliable software with experts as support team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

report capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

the design and the fact that the tool do not evolve (no new features, no digital content...) and every customizations cost a lot

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to purchase this product if you are looking for a complete LMS. I think this tool is perfect for big companies (minimum 1000 employees)

Talent Management Includes recruiting and Application Tracking Systems functionality such as candidate tracking, job posting, advertising, background checks, and onboarding.

Performance Management Includes all aspects of performance appraisals and review design: rollout, conducting, tracking, measurement, and goal attainment.
