The platform is incredibly user-friendly and offers fast time-to-value, especially for mid-sized teams. Its behavioral analytics and streamlined threat detection really stand out compared to clunkier legacy SIEMs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The intuitive dashboards and user behavior analytics make it easy to spot threats fast. You don’t need to be a SIEM expert to get value from day one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration with some third-party tools can be tricky or require manual setup. Would love to see more plug-and-play options and deeper SOAR capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're a lean security team or new to SIEMs, InsightIDR is one of the most accessible and low-maintenance tools out there. Just make sure to involve both IT and business teams early during setup.
