What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?
It has an ability to marry user product feedback and user suggestions directly to user stories and the product development cycle. Also its native integrations make it easy to work along side Jira.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its customer feedback features are unique in how they allow for it to flow in from external sources.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Ui is sometimes confusing especially when you have several different product lines and roadmaps

What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?
I like the most connection between customer feedback, user needs, prioritization and the road map. Productboard gives a clear visibility, why feature should be built, rather than just listing and managing features. It gives clear visiblity, who requested new feature what is the priority, allows product team to interact share updates to requestor via the board.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to connect customer feedbacks, requests and ideas directly to product decision and new feature development, while keeping them aligned with business goal and product vision.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think there is a room of improvement reporting outcome and managing complex dependencies across multiple teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Productboard is must to have platform in all product development organizations for more structured, customer-driven approach to product management. It is useful to bring feedback, ideas, prioritization roadmaps into one place, It is important to clearly define all dependencies and configured and in place to get the best value from Productboard platform.
