What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
The benefits module is very helpful however it is not always easy for the employees to use and therefore takes up a lot of my time
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Benefits are very helpfully displayed in the module but the employee needs to be tech savvy in order to access this.
What do you dislike most about this product?
non client facing tax department makes resolving tax issues cumbersome and the retunrs are not comleted timely
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very good software from a benefits standpoit, not so good from an accounting standpoint. I recommend being very careful with implementation.
