What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

The quality of the Client Service team and their ability to provide product updates to support business operation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and that it has bilingual Spanish capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some information is reported in Central time, where their HQ is located, instead of the time zone of the client.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think long term when conducting the initial implementation to allow for easier application of services in the future.

Built from the top down, but with the "whole enchilada" in mind.

Sometimes not all screens are intuitive.

Your implementation time will be a lot of work, but it's worth it in the end.

Improving payroll system.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

From previous payroll system we only have payroll, but now we have everything to use at Paycom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paycom support and back up within group are helpful and understanding the issue or request.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many new features and format at not likeable. Reports need improvements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please improve the Reports to run multiple aspects, instead of ad hoc. It should be based on client needs.
