What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
SurveyMonkey have the best aftersales team ever, one time we raised a ticket and the other minute got a call from the representative who helped out throughout our issue.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SurveyMonkey has a lot of useful features, but for me I feel that the best is how it keeps track of all the surveys where you can access your data anywhere and anytime using any device.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like everything about SurveyMonkey but the only thing that might need adding is the templates, they have enough but more is better
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it! SurveyMonkey is the best Survey managing solution in the market and you can ask them for a trail at first.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?
I consider SurveyMonkey to be one of the best products i have ever used since it allows you to create and manage your surveys easily at a low price
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of SurveyMonkey is the survey builder that is fully customizable with your own branding. You can send the survey to as much people as you want and export the data received according to what you are looking for.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the features are complex to use specially if you are building a survey that includes multiple outcomes, but with extra training, you can become an expert creating surveys
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend that you try survey monkey and other products that can do the same job and then decide which one better suits your company.
