The information you provided us with was trustworthy, and it assisted us in addressing issues or preserving our clients' perceptions of our strengths, making it a tool we could rely on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how you can simply modify the brand and structure of the survey as well as build out questions and reasoning to make it simple for the end user! There are so many different question forms available, too! As a marketer, you want to understand as much as you can about your customers. Surveys made using SurveyMonkey let me quickly obtain the information I need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They are not the least expensive choice, and if you are polling sizable populations, costs may escalate. Additionally, I have found their customer care representatives to be difficult to reach and, when they are, occasionally unresponsive.
