What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 from other similar products?

We are already using 365 for most of our software needs (Word, Outlook, Excel, Project), so 365 for Finance integrates perfectly with our processes. While this doesn't make it inherently different from other software in the global sense, it was a major plus for us and weighed heavily in our decision making process

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Again, the fact that we already heavily use 365 products. This make the interface very familiar and easy to use. I also like the customized reports. The owner is a sole proprietor and has very specific requests for receiving financial results, so the customized reporting allows me to run reports showing only the information he requests (ie - daily cash flow reporting with daily receivable and payable reporting).

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't really say I dislike anything about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For best performance and efficiency, use other 365 products as well.
