What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of Mailchimp is the ease with which you can send emails to specific audiences using segmentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing I dislike about Mailchimp is the occasional hiccup in managing/updating our audience.

If you require a powerful and customizable tool to manage your marketing campaigns by email, this is a great product to do it. Consider all of your communication channels to select the best tool to reach your clients and measure your business metrics with precision
