The pricing of the software is less expensive compared to other service providers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the customer care team, they are responsive through the live chat I also like the easier integration with other tools like Zendesk which helps us to collect contacts from Zendesk once a clients contacts us
What do you dislike most about this product?
They have strict rules to finance industry as most email campaigns fails to be approved

It is cheap and easier to use compared to other tools

MailChimp is very easy to learn and implement. The process of sending emails to our contacts, while regarding spamming policies and keeping subscribers on the loop is just to easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
MailChimp can get very pricey, and they can easily block accounts based on wrong assumptions of content quality or spamming policies.
