MailChimp is a market leader in all things email marketing and email automation and offers so much training and support for those just getting started.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love MailChimp's simplicity

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are more intuitive products on the market and I would like to trigger email marketing automation with specific link clicks rather than a generalised link click.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely perfect if you are just getting started with email marketing.
