The name is quite well known and the ability for applicants to share their LI profiles is helpuf

What do you dislike most about this product?

Seems even with screening questions, the only people who apply for a job are candidates from other states.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try using the job post option within your own account if you only need to fill one or two jobs per year.
