What differentiates LinkedIn Talent Insights from other similar products?

LinkedIn is by far one of (if not) the largest online talent network, which makes the platform stands out from the onset. It clearly enables organizations to directly reach out to prospective employees and tap into plethora of talents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The candidate searching feature is rich and comprehensive. The platform enables you to organize your search based on roles/projects, which can also be shared with the hiring manager.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The search can be time-consuming and you often encounter duplicated results. When looking at the value, quality, and features, LinkedIn Recruiter seems to be quite pricey as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improving the diversity filter to included more holistic options.

The functionality is easy to use to find the best top talent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is absolutely nothing I dislike. This product has helped to fill several open positions with the best candidates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have high volume recruiting for your agency this product is a must have!
