A great tool to find out who visits your site

What differentiates Lead Forensics from other similar products?
Lead Forensics is a B2B lead generation and website analytics software that helps us identify and track the anonymous visitors to our website. Without this tool, we'd be unable to easily and readily identify companies who may have an interest in our products and services but do not take the time to request a call-back or send us a message via our contact form.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Real-time lead alerts is my favourite feature. Lead Forensics can send real-time alerts to our sales team when a (potential) high-value lead visits our website. This allows us to follow up with the lead immediately and increase the chances of converting the visitor to a paid customer. Lead Forensics also provides detailed insights into the behaviour of our website visitors, including the pages they viewed, the duration of their visit, and the search terms they used to find your site. This information can be used to improve our website's conversion rate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In addition to identifying the companies that are visiting your website, Lead Forensics can also provide contact information for key decision-makers at those companies. This typically makes it easier for our sales teams to reach out and start a conversation, however it is not possible to know exactly who was the person who visited our website (unless they filled up a form), so this stage requires some sales intuition and a bit of luck.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure your website is optimised: to get the most out of Lead Forensics, your website should be optimised for lead generation. This means having clear calls-to-action, landing pages that are tailored to specific buyer personas, and forms that capture the right information. Lead Forensics offers a free trial, which is a great way to test out the product and see if it meets your needs. Use this trial period to explore the software's features and determine if it provides the insights and lead generation capabilities you're looking for.
