What differentiates Informatica Data Quality from other similar products?
High flexibility in IDQ in how we create rules to identify what is out of compliance. How much ever complex our rules are, it will handle it in an easy to program user interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Correcting error prone manual data entry, correcting formulas, methods and rules. Understanding the data properly first to begin with. Improving and approving the accuracy overall. It will make sense of our own data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It will be great if some of the functionalities are combined with PowerCenter, mainly to create workflows and scheduling them. Could also provide easier installation steps
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Strongly recommend this amazing product that is easy to learn and easy to use. This product has seamless integration with other Informatica products. It also has better compatibility with PowerCenter. It is Perfect

i have used other equivalent products but Informatica DQ is better , easy to use .

profiling, mappings scorecards etc

performance of GUI interface is slow .

increase performance of Admin console and Developer client . its bit slow .clocks for every click.
