What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?
Hotjar is a game-changing tool for your kit, shining light on the funnel from first landing to final conversion. With the ability to set up multiple tracking parameters without knowing anything about coding or website construction makes it a breeze to show value to your c-suite or financial decision makers. Heat maps are immediately accessible to clients, and require little to no in-depth discussion to show their worth.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Without question, the heat maps. They make analysis presentations a breeze, as they're across the board understood as soon as you say "red is good."
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free features could use a touchup, and perhaps an expansion, with a corresponding rise in the entry-level price; the free version feels pretty limiting when so many more businesses and verticals could use the product to convince them to purchase.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Implement Hotjar as part of your website analytics suite immediately! It not only supplements pixels and tagging from other platforms, but elevates them to a delightful level!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It gives us reports on how customers are interacting with our websites. Data collected from various sources gives us intelligence information that enhances successful decision making. It secures our information from unauthorized access and away from cyberattacks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have enjoyed wonderful time while working with Hotjar. I have not experienced any poor functionalities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Designing new products that meet our customer needs has been great achievement enhanced by Hotjar. The performance of the entire software has been excellent and I commend to other industries.
