What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
For us the big one was the sync issues other tools were having. Since Groove sits on top of Salesforce, that issue disappeared. That was a huge win for us. I spent so much time fixing sync issues every week. It got better but was never great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that is sits on top of Salesforce and remove the syncing issue seen by so many other platforms. This tool has been great for our tech stack with Sales Nav and LeadIQ too!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It isn't always an integration option with other tools so it can cause some interesting work arounds.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend checking it out! I would look at the challenges you're having today and see if they can solve the issues like it did for us. Inconsistent syncing was the main issue we were trying to solve.

Groove has limited advanced customization and integrations compared to some enterprise help-desk platforms.

I would recommend this product to teams who want a simple and easy customer support tool. Before using it, they should try the free trial to see if it fits their workflow. It is especially good for small teams that want to manage customer emails and tickets in one place without using a complicated system.
