This is complete package for service where we can manage from getting complaints through call till it is solved and analysed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reports generating feature is great. It manages the queue of ticket properly. Call trackings and recordings are excellent. Helps to compare our service with our competitors. It improves our productivity and service to the customers.

As of now everything goes well
