What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Since Google is the market leader in the website browsing (Chrome and Google Search), they know a lot about their users. When you implement Google Analytics in your website, you will also get to know about these users, their preferences, behaviors, shopping or interests. No other product has this amount of information about the users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The absolute vast amount of features in this product. There is almost no metric that you can't measure with this tool. Everything you need to know about your users, their behavior can be analyzed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a steep learning curve when starting with this product. Implementation is easy, but the first hand look at the product might be confusing for first time users, or users not familiar with website analytical tools. Creating dashboards is more feature-rich than before, but also more complicated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Choosing Google Analytics as your main website analytical tool is a no brainer due to its rich variety of features and integration with other Google services for webmasters, such as Google Search Console.
