The standard reports can be overwhelming. google analytics is better because you can create your own custom dashboards.

I have created a simple dashboard with only the 5 most important metrics for my business. i look at it every morning.

It takes time to set up the dashboards correctly.

They are still the leader in the field with the most advanced tracking and analysis. The ease of implementation and use is second to none.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gaining data and insight is at it's core the main feature and for what I use it the most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
User management and access is often a pain and cumbersome process. I wish it was a bit easier to manage users for various analytics properties.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you've never used it before it may be a bit overwhelming, you may have a bit of a learning curve with it but Google has made things fairly straightforward and there is depth of knowledge out there on it from Google itself and also users.
