What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best thing about Google Analytics is that it's free. It collects data and processes it in the background. You can integrate it with other apps to save additional work and time. It provides advanced functionality so you can track customer's data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Social media data is not reliable and also not real-time. It is very complex to use and has a very high learning curve. The security policy is very vague.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Google Analytics is very efficient and can be used to manage the digital presence and reach. It is a bit complex to use but once you get used to it is a great tool for analytics. Also, set up UTM codes for specific pages that you want to track on your website. This would be quite useful.
