Google Analytics differs from other web analytics platforms because it provides better visitor accounting. Many other platforms count duplicate visits, those people who enter repeatedly in a short period of time, and other platforms collect those repetitive visits while Google Analytics does an accounting by IP address, it is able to record the visit of each new person and allows unique real visits to be counted, without the need to count repetitive visits that can affect the web productivity report. This Google Analytics accounting is unique, I love it and it makes my reports count the actual visits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like the most about Google Analytics is its visitor monitoring system. Google Analytics performs automatic monitoring which is capable of collecting the experience of each person's visit, which helps us to know which section they have visited the most, what information has interested them the most and how the visitors' journey has been in the sections of our website, I love this visit monitoring, it allows me to know what kind of impact the sections of my website are having and it also allows me to know what content on the website has been the most interesting for visitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All the reports collected in Google Analytics can be transferred to a storage cloud, however, the reports prepared cannot be downloaded directly, this causes the export of the collected information to be a bit complex. I would like to export my web analytics reports without using my cloud storage. It is important to note that I have not had any other problems with Google Analytics, I just don't like the way I have to export the reports, I hope this feature will be improved soon.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Analytics is that system that is appropriate for any type of company, it has a good structure and the graphics system is capable of providing exact information on the performance of the website. Google Analytics counts real visits, blocks duplicate visits and is able to provide geographic information to know where the visits come from. It is a very complete software and provides detailed reports on the performance of a web page, I recommend it without a doubt.

My favorite aspect is like: 1. The google analytics is free for standard version. 2. It also provides the wealth of how to website and our application performs for free.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike about this product is like: 1. Into this new User interface its is difficult to setup correctly. 2. There are n number of features so due to it sometimes it is difficult to figure something from it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My Recommendations are like: 1. Improvement into the customer support(they give-up the reply very late) 2. Improvement into the new user interface, so that users can map the things very efficiently.

Google Analytics has one of the best platforms in the world, due to its design, its effectiveness, its manageability, which is something that other similar companies do not have, sometimes, they block accounts, limit them, and many errors occur that their supports do not they know how to solve, and it is something that does not happen with Google Analytics, since we also have a wide range of video tutorials and other material. There are many characteristics of Google Analytics that always attract me to its services and that is that its data is very reliable, very specific, since it gives the results of the people who visit our website, showing what country they are from, possible device, age, and many interesting data that depending on our website it is very effective to use it and give us a better idea of ​​sending our publications

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is only one thing that has been giving me errors these last days and that is that when using the service to see data in real time, it is a bit difficult to receive this data because it is delayed a bit, anyway this is something that with it time maybe they will fix over time and give better results, better and better and on time.

I want to make my opinion known since I have been using this platform for a long time and give a critical and balanced point of view so that new users have a little information about what I have happened with this platform and how useful it has been for me, but we know that everyone should experiment and use it in a way that suits them best, I highly recommend its use.
