Never miss out on anything with Google Analytics
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Google Analytics helps marketers to check and keep an eye on every move that happens in their marketing department. We can keep a track and insight on almost everything with this handful of tools. We were using a free version of Google Analytics and then we switched to the premium version recently to enjoy all premium features and we surely never miss out on anything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have been using Google analytics in our company as far as I can remember, I guess the most prominent reason for this is because most of our company relies on Google products and Google workspace so It is very easy for us to integrate this one with almost everything. Another reason is that most of the people use Google products in one way or another and it is fairly easy to integrate it with all of them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Analytics actually shows you the traffic and it’s source as well as where it comes from but it has been reported , not very often though, there are times when identifying traffic becomes hard and we all are very much unsure about it. I hope it gets better because it creates a lot of issues for us to explain why it happened.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the highest qualities that I like about Google Analytics is that it’s very easily integratable. You can use it for anything and there will be one in 1000 cases where it will give you a hard time while integrating. It is quite cost effective and if you don't like to pay you can enjoy the free version of it as well.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing
- Caring

Google Analytics: goal flow and conversion reports
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
While the common analytics tools will give you the basic number of visits, plus some geographical data gathered from the IP addresses, Google Analytics surpasses the analytics field, by providing an active solution: setting goals via the goal flow settings and monitoring the funnel up to goal conversion. In simpler words, Google analytics let you set a target right from their platform and track whether the goals are met or not, all of this, generated within seconds into the goal flow reporting features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The e-commerce analytics features are useful: analyzing a product page visit, the time spent on this specific page, and the conversion rate. The ability to visualize data visually (pie charts and graphs) makes Google Analytics more user-friendly as well as making the data more meaningful, to the general user. I find the advanced filtering options also really amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer support is very slow, sometimes taking up to an hour to get a support agent via live chat. This is an area which definitely needs improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, Google Analytics is absolutely great if you want to benchmark your e-commerce performance and progress over time. It will definitely hep your business optimize your sales, throughout a careful and intelligent reading of the analytics reports. I recommend.
